Location: Onsite at the Downtown Branch in Lee's Summit, Missouri, United States

Salary: $66,659–$113,319 base pay per year

What you will do

• Lead overall branch operations and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Coach branch staff on needs-based selling, financial guidance, customer outreach, and performance.
• Manage weekly huddles, branch scorecards, recognition activities, and change management.
• Oversee floor management, customer greetings, wait times, staffing allocation, and banker and teller duties as needed.
• Manage budgets, controllable expenses, staffing efficiency, sales targets, and community development activities.
• Ensure operational controls, account processing, cash handling, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment.
• Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to address customers' financial needs and support the community.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required, along with applicable background, financial responsibility, character, and credit fitness standards.

Nice to have

• Previous management experience.
