Branch Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Manage branch sales, customer service, daily operations, security, risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the team in achieving sales, service, operational, and financial performance goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships.
• Drive business development, customer referrals, internal partnerships, and community relationships.
• Coach colleagues on banking products, services, technology, policies, and customer issue resolution.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, and colleague development for the branch.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience are preferred.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, and process management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, coaching, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking, and other technology tools.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available. Fingerprints and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
