Director, Implementation

Location: Denver, United States; hybrid work with office attendance 2–3 days per week

Base salary: $180,000–$225,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Build, hire, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Managers serving mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Establish a repeatable implementation methodology covering discovery, project planning, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live.
• Develop systems, metrics, capacity plans, staffing models, and forecasts that support a growing customer base.
• Own implementation outcomes including time-to-live, deployment quality, adoption at go-live, and onboarding satisfaction.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex and strategic deployments.
• Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and post-sales teams to improve handoffs, customer journeys, and product feedback loops.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, solutions delivery, or a related post-sales function, including several years leading and building teams.
• Financial services experience and familiarity with customer systems such as CRMs, financial planning software, and custodian software.
• Technical fluency sufficient to engage credibly with customers and implementation teams on technical questions.
• Experience hiring, developing, and scaling high-performing customer-facing teams during rapid growth.
• Experience owning enterprise and mid-market SaaS implementations end to end, including timelines, adoption, and outcomes.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment while balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
