Accounting Manager (Robotics)

Location: Dublin, Ireland office; daily onsite work required. International travel may be required once or twice per year.

Salary: €71,000–€104,000 annually plus a discretionary annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead statutory audit relationships across all entities and act as the primary contact for auditors.
• Own tax compliance, Corporate Tax accounting, and filings across multiple jurisdictions with external tax advisors.
• Prepare statutory and group financial statements for US and international subsidiaries.
• Manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, flux analysis, and Board reporting.
• Build financial controls, maintain accounting policies, and perform technical accounting analysis under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and ERP advisors on fundraising, M&A, finance transformation, and process automation.

Requirements

• Direct experience owning statutory audit relationships end-to-end and managing tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Expertise in US GAAP, including preparation of technical accounting memoranda, with strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations.
• Experience maintaining the compliance and good standing of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience implementing process improvements and automating finance processes.
• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent credentials, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance.
• 6–8 years of relevant accounting and industry experience, strong project management and communication skills, and the ability to work independently across time zones.

• Manufacturing, AI, or technology industry experience.
• Transfer pricing, company secretarial, or equity accounting experience.
• Big 4 or Top 10 audit or tax background.
