Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (minimum 50% in-office presence required monthly)

Salary: €105,000 – €130,000

What you will do

• Act as the primary Finance partner for the Europe region, driving financial planning, revenue optimization, and unit economics.
• Manage customer funds safeguarding procedures in accordance with PSD2 / PSR 2018 requirements.
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and manage relationships with external auditors.
• Develop financial models to assess pricing strategies and market expansion opportunities across Europe.
• Collaborate with the Executive Management Team, Board, and global finance leadership to align regional growth with corporate goals.
• Lead, develop, and scale the regional finance team.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 8–10+ years of progressive post-qualification finance experience.
• Direct experience working within a CBI-regulated or equivalent European financial services firm.
• Strong working knowledge of PSD2 / PSR 2018 safeguarding requirements.
• Eligibility to satisfy the CBI's Fitness & Probity Standards for a Controlled Function.
• Proven track record in FP&A, business finance, or strategic finance.

Nice to have

• Experience in the FinTech or payments industry.
• Familiarity with CBI PRISM supervisory framework.
• Experience with wind-down planning processes.
• Knowledge of FRS 102 and/or US GAAP.
