What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise for district and divisional process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze service performance data and recommend areas of focus, including customer experience and clearance enhancements.
• Design and develop management information systems for standardized performance measurement reports.
• Monitor key service elements and prepare high-level summaries of operational focus areas.
• Initiate root cause analysis, support project implementation, and perform advanced problem-solving analysis.
• Coordinate application development and recommendations supporting strategic business plans and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or computer science.
• Six years of professional experience in management consulting, operations management, internal audit, finance, engineering, or information systems analysis and planning.
• Advanced knowledge of hirify.global operations, service features, and mainframe computer systems.
• Experience in quality and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English and a current TOEIC score of at least 800 points are required.
