What you will do

• Lead requirements definition and elaboration for PEGA-based solutions and features.
• Translate business needs into PEGA-centric functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of workflows, decisioning, and case management.
• Support development through backlog refinement and pre-UAT testing.
• Demonstrate PEGA use cases and business outcomes during Sprint Reviews.
• Assist business users during UAT, Model Office, and training sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large transformation or automation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with the PEGA platform (case management, BPM, workflows, decisioning).
• Experience in Agile delivery models and understanding of Agile ceremonies.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical PEGA implementations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Must reside in Mexico
