Senior Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Salary: $132,300–$198,450 base salary per year, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

hirify.global is a physical AI company developing Level 4 autonomous driving technology and a universal autonomy platform for robotaxis, logistics fleets, personal vehicles, and other mobility applications.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, pipeline generation, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with engineering leaders across autonomy, ML research, systems engineering, and software engineering to define roles and interview plans.
• Set evaluation criteria and run structured technical and behavioral assessments with hiring panels.
• Manage recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source effectiveness.
• Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, outbound sourcing platforms, and recruiting tools.
• Help evaluate and implement new recruiting workflows and technologies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of in-house recruiting experience for ML, robotics, or infrastructure engineering roles at talent-dense technology companies.
• Demonstrated direct and outbound sourcing experience.
• Experience partnering with engineering directors or VPs on hiring strategy and role definition.
• Experience managing 10 or more concurrent searches.
• Working knowledge of an ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, or a similar platform.
• Practical fluency with AI-powered recruiting tools.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience for AI/ML research, autonomy, or robotics engineering roles.
• Experience recruiting director-level or above engineering leaders.
• Direct experience with Greenhouse ATS.
