Location: Hybrid or remote in Buenos Aires, Argentina

What you will do
- Own customer deliveries end-to-end, coordinating customers, suppliers, internal teams, and cross-functional account stakeholders.
- Manage delivery activities, timelines, system registrations, status updates, risks, deviations, and high order volumes.
- Coordinate field engineers through testing and service activation, leading troubleshooting and escalating milestone-impacting issues.
- Prepare delivery documentation, including test protocols, and support early-life activities after activation.
- Manage procurement of local tails, cross-connects, and customer premises equipment.
- Support customer meetings and Sales, draft project plans, and align non-standard delivery processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in service delivery within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience in service delivery and/or project management, including customer-facing responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of IP, Ethernet, Fibre, DWDM, colocation infrastructure, Layer 2, DIA, and Cloud services.
- Experience with network build and design environments and field engineering activities including installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network management systems such as Infinera DNA and Ciena platforms.
- Fluent English required. Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, presentation, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Nice to have
- Project management certifications or formal training.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and high-volume delivery environments.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and GitHub.
- DWDM certifications.
