Delivery Manager (AI/ML)

Location: Colombia; fully remote

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of client projects from scope definition through final release, maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and client alignment.
• Define measurable goals and deliverables with senior leadership and maintain accountability for outcomes.
• Act as the primary client contact, communicating progress, risks, requirements, and key decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive agile delivery through sprint planning, release calendar management, go/no-go decisions, testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead engineering teams, remove impediments, manage conflicts, and develop contingency plans for technical and operational risks.
• Establish PMO and agile practices, manage project plans and resources, and analyze profitability, ROI, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of project or program management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle from inception through transition.
• Deep expertise in project and agile management methodologies, with advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, stakeholder influence, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills, including executive-level communication.
• Professional-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/CSM certification.
• Experience establishing PMO standards and mentoring junior project staff.
