What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of industrial accounts throughout their full lifecycle.
• Lead the full project delivery lifecycle, including scope definition, requirements gathering, and successful commissioning of AI solutions.
• Define and track customer success criteria, proactively managing risks and blockers to ensure consistent value delivery.
• Transition accounts into sustainment mode, ensuring deployed models remain evergreen and adapt to evolving economic environments.
• Collaborate with Account Directors to identify new value-generation opportunities and drive subscription renewals.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams comprising implementation engineers and data scientists.

Requirements

• BSc in Chemical, Process, Petroleum, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in refining, petrochemical, cement, or mining industries.
• Proven track record in industrial project management, plant engineering, or technical account management.
• Experience engaging with and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 20-25% as required.
• Must be based in Mexico; no visa sponsorship is available.

• Experience with process control, planning, and plant optimization solutions.
• Background in customer-facing vendor or consulting roles serving industrial clients.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics applied to industrial processes.
