What you will do

• Lead software implementation and optimization projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to support.
• Develop project plans and manage milestones, deliverables, scope, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Coordinate consultants, solutions architects, client teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build client relationships, run status meetings, manage expectations, and resolve escalations.
• Support pre-sales activities, including statements of work, estimates, proposals, and client presentations.
• Track delivery metrics, maintain documentation, and improve implementation processes and tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, or a related field, including successful software implementation projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, planning, risk mitigation, and delivery tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work in the Eastern Time zone is required.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Agile or Scrum certification.
