Senior Technical Content Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote across the continental United States. In-person onboarding at the Ann Arbor headquarters may be required.

Salary: $176,400–$202,500 USD for high-cost-of-living areas including San Francisco Bay, New York City, and Seattle; $158,400–$175,000 USD for all other locations, plus bonus eligibility and equity.

What you will do

• Design and deliver technical enablement programs, certifications, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences.
• Create solution guides, blogs, whitepapers, playbooks, demo guides, FAQs, and other practitioner-focused content.
• Develop and maintain competitive technical marketing assets, including battlecards, technical comparisons, proof points, and demo guidance.
• Support product launches through technical content, training, and enablement in partnership with Product Marketing.
• Translate product capabilities and cybersecurity research into customer-ready technical resources with Product Management and hirify.global ARC.
• Gather feedback from customers, partners, and customer-facing teams to improve content and enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity technical marketing, solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical customer success, product management, product marketing, or a related technical customer-facing role.
• Experience with Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Exposure Management, Attack Surface Management, or related cybersecurity technologies.
• Exceptional technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience creating technical content, sales or partner enablement, training, certifications, or educational programs.
• Ability to quickly understand complex products, customer workflows, and technical architectures.
• Must be located in the continental United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Internet infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, or Internet-facing security technologies.
• Experience supporting reseller, MSSP, distributor, or technology partner ecosystems.
