What you will do

• Develop and maintain user guides, manuals, workflows, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and training materials for enterprise-scale software systems.
• Translate system workflows, software changes, security requirements, and functional inputs into structured, accessible documentation.
• Create documentation supporting system architecture, security concepts, RMF requirements, and client governance.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams, developers, functional subject-matter experts, trainers, and program leadership.
• Keep documentation aligned with program releases and evolving operational requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing documentation for enterprise-scale software systems.
• Experience documenting system architecture and security-related concepts.
• Ability to translate technical and functional information into clear documentation.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Nice to have

• Experience documenting cloud-hosted systems with process automation and containerized architectures.
• Experience creating training content using ADDIE or Adaptive-ADDIE methodology.
• Experience with 508 and WCAG compliance in documentation.
• Experience documenting system data exchanges.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture concepts and their documentation impact.
