Senior Content Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 base salary annually, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Own content strategy and execution across blogs, white papers, ebooks, webinars, and social media.
• Manage the editorial calendar and content pipeline across thought leadership, threat research, and product content.
• Partner with threat hunting, detection engineering, and threat research subject matter experts to create credible content.
• Translate product positioning into content for executive buyers and technical practitioners throughout the buyer journey.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Event Marketing, and Web teams on integrated campaigns and pipeline goals.
• Maintain SEO practices and measure content performance, organic visibility, and engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B content marketing experience, including substantial cybersecurity experience.
• Strong technical writing and editing skills covering threat detection, incident response, and adversary behavior.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity buyer journeys across executive and practitioner personas.
• Experience managing editorial calendars and content pipelines across multiple formats and channels.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content performance measurement.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, build programs from scratch, adapt, iterate, and ship quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience building a content function at a startup or early-stage company.
• Experience producing threat research content or working directly with security researchers.
• Experience with AEO strategies and optimizing content for AI search inclusion.
• Familiarity with content-led growth, pillar pages, and long-form editorial series.
