Senior Product Manager (Ads Exchange)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada

Salary: $137,000–$200,000 USD for US candidates; $158,500–$185,000 CAD for Canadian candidates, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own exchange operations, reliability, integrations, incident resolution, and performance in partnership with Engineering and Programmatic stakeholders.
• Define the product vision and roadmap for programmatic advertising and exchange offerings.
• Optimize monetization through supply and demand dynamics, auction mechanics, pricing, ad formats, and partner mix.
• Own OpenRTB, client-side and server-side Prebid, and Google Open Bidding integrations across Web, Mobile, and CTV.
• Manage SSP, DSP, and technology partner relationships, including troubleshooting and post-integration optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Business Development on execution and platform investments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in AdTech, with deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, SSPs, exchanges, and supply and demand dynamics.
• Hands-on familiarity with OpenRTB, Prebid, Google Open Bidding, header bidding, auction dynamics, identity and consent signals, and win-rate optimization.
• Experience owning complex, high-scale platforms where reliability, operational excellence, and monetization are critical.
• Experience partnering with Engineering on backlogs, sprint execution, technical tradeoffs, and complex systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-alignment skills, including external partner representation.
