What you will do

• Manage and scale the global early career onboarding program in collaboration with regional leaders.
• Evolve the strategy and roadmap for onboarding based on business needs, ROI, and program data.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning curricula for non-technical professional development skills.
• Conduct needs assessments and curate learning solutions via direct development or external sourcing.
• Facilitate group learning and discussions using proven techniques like active listening and coaching.
• Track program effectiveness, manage milestones, and oversee the communication strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a performance consultant or training professional.
• Proven track record of designing, managing, and scaling global programs.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working with global or cross-regional teams.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
