TL;DR

Location: Tainan, Taiwan; potential team relocation to Linkou, Taiwan in 2028 or 2029

What you will do
- Deliver instructor-led technical training on system operation, maintenance, adjustments, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
- Conduct training in classroom, laboratory, cleanroom, and blended learning environments.
- Support onboarding and capability development for new engineers and junior trainers.
- Collaborate with global training developers and subject matter experts to improve curricula and learning materials.
- Translate customer support feedback and field issues into training content updates.
- Assess learner needs, manage learning tools, collect feedback, and implement improvements to training processes and tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or science-related field such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics, chemistry, or computer science.
- Experience delivering technical training, teaching, or facilitating learning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, interpersonal, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and work independently and collaboratively.
- Legal authorization to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations is required before starting work.
Nice to have
- Experience in field service, system maintenance, process engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience with blended learning or adult education methodologies.
- Knowledge of systems or EUV technology.
Culture & Benefits
- Full-time role based in Tainan with a potential move to Linkou in 2028 or 2029.
- Shift-based work may include occasional night and weekend shifts; the evening shift typically runs from 16:00 to 01:00.
- Shift rotation occurs approximately once per quarter.
- Approximately two weeks of domestic and international travel per year may be required.
- Work across customer support, manufacturing, development and engineering, and global support stakeholders.
