Salary: $250,000–$330,000 annual base pay, plus equity and bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead and implement a strategic partnerships strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage strategically important regional and global partnership opportunities and executive-level relationships.
• Coordinate due diligence and guide internal stakeholders through commercial, product, and systems assessments.
• Develop commercial and product integrations with partners across legal, product, operations, sales, and marketing.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and advise executive management on partnership opportunities.
• Represent the Americas region while aligning initiatives with Airwallex’s global footprint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, product, or related roles.
• Experience managing a lean, high-performing team across different time zones.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to manage complex dynamics, ambiguity, and competing motivations.
• Excellent executive presence, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to design product integrations, translate strategy into actionable plans, and measure partnership ROI.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech and payments.
• Understanding of the global financial ecosystem, embedded finance, and enterprise globalization.
