TL;DR

Business Development and Partnerships Director (Digital Assets): Leading the partner program and go-to-market strategy for digital asset initiatives with an accent on cross-functional execution and product-led partnerships. Focus on building a pipeline of strategic partners, converting discovery insights into product requirements, and scaling deployments from concept to production.

Location: Must be based in New York City; hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office). Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Salary: $112,000–$207,000

What you will do

  • Manage and lead execution of major cross-functional digital assets initiatives.
  • Build a pipeline of customers and partners including issuers, custodians, and blockchain networks.
  • Lead structured discovery workshops and convert insights into PRDs and user stories.
  • Orchestrate concept-to-production execution with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Create repeatable design partner playbooks and implementation guides.
  • Develop sales enablement materials including demo scripts and ROI narratives.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in the digital assets space.
  • 8–12+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy in fintech or capital markets.
  • Demonstrated success securing strategic design partners and converting pilots into scaled programs.
  • Strong product orientation with the ability to write requirements and prioritize tradeoffs.
  • Comfort with blockchain concepts such as tokenization, custody models, and settlement flows.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience operating in regulated environments and navigating security/compliance reviews.
  • Background in solutions engineering or product-led partnerships.
  • Familiarity with institutional buyer personas and procurement cycles.
