Technician IV - Facilities

Location: Beverly, Massachusetts, United States; onsite facilities work

Hourly pay: $18.27–$46.63 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain facilities equipment, including HVAC units, air compressors, and DI water systems.
• Perform building maintenance and repairs involving painting, electrical systems, flooring, ceiling tiles, and lighting.
• Complete preventive maintenance activities and service requests.
• Install, configure, and verify the operational readiness of required equipment.
• Support the production equipment maintenance team.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a facilities maintenance department.
• Experience with electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and hazardous material identification and handling.
• Demonstrated preventive maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical work including standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching.
• Strong time management, initiative, service orientation, attention to detail, communication, and computer skills.
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual status under U.S. export-control requirements.
