TL;DR
Product Manager, SaaS & AI (AI Agents): Building and scaling a trusted marketplace and managed-services ecosystem for enterprise-ready AI agents with an accent on agent curation, governance, platform integrations, and commercialization. Focus on defining lifecycle standards, deploying voice-enabled agents, developing SME workflows, and optimizing adoption and performance through KPIs and measurable ROI.
Location: Malaga, Spain; hybrid work model with up to 20 days per year of 100% remote work from other locations.

What you will do
- Curate and manage first- and third-party AI agents in the marketplace, setting quality, publishing, safety, and performance standards.
- Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, commercial models, pricing, packaging, revenue share, and partner frameworks.
- Lead market analysis, customer research, competitive benchmarking, and cross-functional product direction.
- Manage agent deployment, releases, onboarding, configuration, governance, versioning, rollbacks, and retirement.
- Develop voice-enabled agent solutions for call, chat, and omnichannel experiences.
- Build pre-built SME templates and workflows, while monitoring agent performance through KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven product management experience, ideally with AI agents or agent marketplaces.
- Deep understanding of AI agent frameworks, agent-to-agent protocols, AI governance, and compliance.
- Strong technical acumen in cloud technologies, API integration, identity and security, and observability.
- Experience with customer-centric design, Design Thinking, innovation, rapid experimentation, and technology commercialization.
- Commercial experience with pricing, packaging, and business case development.
- Ability to translate customer and partner feedback into clear PRDs and acceptance criteria, and to scale AI features with measurable ROI.
