Global Product Manager - Data & AI

What you will do

• Define and evolve the global Data & AI portfolio with scalable, repeatable solutions and measurable customer outcomes.
• Drive innovation across AI, analytics, data platforms, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Develop global go-to-market strategies, messaging, tools, and value propositions for sales and presales teams.
• Establish delivery standards, methodologies, and accelerators for consistent implementation across regions.
• Build strategic relationships with technology partners and vendors.
• Represent hirify.global through customer engagements, industry events, and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong product management experience developing and scaling technology solutions in Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, AI agents, analytics platforms, data architectures, and automation.
• Experience defining go-to-market strategies and collaborating with Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Delivery in a matrix organization.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop profitable services and solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Commitment to responsible, secure, and scalable AI adoption.
