What you will do

• Own doctor success strategy and outcomes, including retention, churn, and reducing zero-booking doctors.
• Partner with Customer Success and Patient Marketing to drive onboarding-to-renewal success and connect profile setup to generated bookings.
• Own ranking, relevance, and visibility logic across marketplace search and listings, defining guardrails that balance patient experience and commercial objectives.
• Own paid visibility and growth product roadmaps and business logic (First Class and Media360), making ROI transparent and repeatable.
• Work data-first: use SQL and analytics tools to size opportunities, instrument products, build dashboards, and run experiments.
• Operate as an AI-native Product Manager using AI tools for discovery, prototyping, PRD creation, and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building digital consumer or marketplace products.
• Fluent with SQL and comfortable querying large datasets to validate decisions independently.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills, including running and interpreting A/B tests.
• Experience translating business logic into ranking/scoring/matching logic and reasoning about trade-offs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across commercial and technical audiences.
• Comfort operating with extreme ownership in ambiguity and shaping products in emerging spaces.
