Senior Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Define, refine, and deliver business and technical requirements for supply chain, retail, logistics, and WMS implementations.
• Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs in Scrum and Kanban environments.
• Model and document operational processes using BPMN and process-mapping tools.
• Run complex SQL queries, analyze datasets, and create operational reports with Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Build business cases, calculate ROI, and evaluate P&L impact for technical and operational feature rollouts.
• Present, negotiate, and manage stakeholders in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• 4 to 6+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Strategist.
• Experience in supply chain, retail, logistics, or WMS implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Advanced BPMN process mapping and diagramming skills using tools such as Bizagi, Lucidchart, or Visio.
• Strong SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills, along with financial and business-case analysis experience.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for asset creation, workflow automation, or research.
• Conceptual knowledge of digital product architecture, machine learning models, predictive analytics, and AI data governance.
• Experience with large-scale retail operations, omnichannel distribution, or WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or HighJump.
• Experience facilitating Design Thinking workshops and mapping customer or operator journeys.
