Salesforce Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Mexico; remote work

Salary: 85,000 MXP before taxes per month, plus benefits

What you will do

• Elicit, clarify, document, and maintain business and functional requirements.
• Manage roadmaps, cross-team dependencies, product backlogs, prioritization, and release scope.
• Support developers by clarifying expected results, defects, requirements, and end-user cases.
• Support QA by clarifying requirements and STRs and preparing business cases and complex scenarios.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings, substitute for Scrum Masters, and coordinate organizational activities and process changes.
• Perform gap analysis between high-level and low-level requirements and prepare sprint and release reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce business analysis, preferably with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ SteelBrick implementations.
• Strong business analysis, facilitation, ownership, requirements identification, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, software development life cycles, and software development methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and requirements management tools.
• Ability to perform gap and root cause analysis.
• Fluent English with comprehensive written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in the finance software domain.
• Experience developing AI features.
