Sr. UX Designer (AI)

Location: Draper, Utah, United States; hybrid with in-office work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

What you will do

• Embed with product management and engineering to facilitate user-driven product planning and execution.
• Lead customer research and stakeholder interviews, translating insights into product decisions.
• Design user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and engineering handoff assets for mobile and desktop experiences.
• Design AI-powered product experiences that help customers direct, trust, correct, and control AI in their workflows.
• Build interfaces within a design system and component library while partnering with engineering on implementation quality.
• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional stakeholders, and coach fellow designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web design patterns, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency with Figma, user testing, wireframing, workflow diagrams, and related design methodologies.
• Practical use of AI for research synthesis, exploration, prototyping, and production work.
• Experience designing AI features or strong interest in prompt and input design, model confidence, graceful failure, and human review.
• Portfolio demonstrating ownership of high-impact mobile and desktop projects, including research, ideation, prototyping, iteration, and visual design.

Nice to have

• Experience designing interfaces for B2B, B2B2C, or B2C fintech applications.
