What you will do

• Lead design strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering to define success metrics and long-term goals.
• Design end-to-end journeys, patterns, and frameworks for a scalable platform experience.
• Translate user needs from clients and business owners into compelling product experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation of design intent.
• Evolve the design system to support increasing complexity and future platform growth.
• Explore and define the integration of AI to improve product experiences with a focus on trust and value.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Deep expertise in the full iterative design process: research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Proven ability to balance business outcomes (conversion, retention) with high-quality UX.
• Experience operating in ambiguous environments and guiding teams toward clarity.
• Proficiency with modern design tools including Figma and AI tools like Claude or Cursor.
