People Operations Analyst (Workday)

Location: Hybrid work from an hirify.global office at least 3 days per week in the United States; listed locations include Mountain View, CA; Pittsburgh, PA; Bozeman, MT; Coppell, TX; Livonia, MI; Louisville, CO; San Francisco, CA; and Seattle, WA.

Salary: $115,000–$184,000 per year for Mountain View, CA, or $104,000–$166,000 per year for Pittsburgh, PA. Annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits are also available.

What you will do

• Own and optimize Workday processes and structures, including supervisory organizations, positions, and requisitions.
• Execute and audit high-volume EIB data changes, configure Workday reports, and maintain strong data controls.
• Translate People team requirements into HRIS solutions while partnering with People Operations, PBPs, and the PTech team.
• Lead UAT for Workday releases, enhancements, and business process updates, including test planning and defect management.
• Support HR compliance reporting such as EEO-1, ACA, I-9, and state and local regulatory requirements.
• Identify manual or error-prone workflows and implement standardized, automated, or AI-enabled self-service solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Systems with strong hands-on Workday experience.
• Experience executing mass data changes such as EIBs while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Experience leading UAT, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Ability to analyze HR data and lifecycle workflows, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and translate business requirements for technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience optimizing Workday business processes, organizational structures, and data management frameworks.
• Experience supporting HR compliance requirements, audits, controls, and documentation.
• Experience training or enabling others on systems, processes, or data best practices.
