Product Operations (FinTech)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, with in-person work at the NYC HQ at least 2 days per week. Relocation expense coverage to NYC or San Francisco is available if needed.

Salary: $128,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity. Final compensation depends on hiring location and level.

What you will do

• Own operations for a meaningful Ramp product or product group and help develop scalable internal operations.
• Represent customer needs, connect customer experience insights with product and engineering teams, and inform product roadmaps.
• Develop company-wide processes and automation that improve reliability and operational scale.
• Create product analytics and data analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance, quality, and usability.
• Support product launches through documentation, enablement, and cross-functional context sharing.
• Improve incident identification and resolution while managing operational relationships with partners and vendors.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in product management, product operations, or strategy and operations, ideally in a fast-growing business.
• Experience executing complex initiatives across multiple teams and finding root causes for persistent issues.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative feedback, customer interactions, and user research to make product recommendations.
• Experience supporting junior team members through constructive feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
• Experience querying SQL, translating data into insights and actions, and working effectively in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Retool or other low-code tooling platforms.
• Management consulting experience.
• Technical programming experience with Python, Java, or React.
