Product Manager IV (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY; in-office work required four days per week at 277 Park Avenue

Salary: $210,125–$215,125 per year

What you will do

• Set strategic direction for assigned product lines and present business plans to senior management and employees.
• Manage product pricing, cost structure, financial planning, profitability, risk, and sales channel strategy.
• Evaluate market developments, new services, products, geographies, and changes to existing offerings.
• Lead new product implementation and product modifications, including service design, portfolio acquisition, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop marketing objectives, sales programs, and ongoing staff training on product knowledge, presentation skills, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for predictive modeling, forecasting, machine learning, digital transformation, low-code/no-code technologies, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least six years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related occupation.
• Six years of experience with RDBMS, including SQL Server and Microsoft Azure, normalized schemas, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Six years of experience with advanced SQL querying and ETL logic, including complex queries, window functions, and views.
• Five years of experience in data storytelling, technical product management, SDLC leadership, and regulatory and risk alignment.
• Four years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Appian and systems integration; two years of experience in statistical modeling and machine learning.
