Product Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City; office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Base salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year for roles based in San Francisco and New York.

What you will do

• Partner with Product teams to synthesize customer and internal signals, frame trade-offs, and align priorities.
• Build agentic workflows, tooling, and processes that improve engineering velocity and launch quality.
• Coordinate end-to-end feature launches, from external-customer early access programs through GA exit criteria.
• Build feedback loops, triage systems, and evaluation frameworks that support confident product decisions.
• Drive clarity and strong working relationships across Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, Security, Legal, Support, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, project management, or product ownership.
• Regular use of AI tools such as Claude Skills, Cowork, or Codex.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
• Knowledge of basic scripting, APIs, MySQL, MCPs, and related open-source technologies.
• Experience with Python, Go, C++, or Java, plus GitHub and CLI tools.
• Background in product management or engineering.
