What you will do
- Steer and surface key insights for product team prioritization.
- Represent customer needs throughout product development.
- Coordinate end-to-end launch of new features across teams.
- Drive Early Access Programs and internal employee testing programs.
- Analyze customer insights and user data to identify patterns and enable prioritization.
- Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Design, and Go To Market Orgs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, project management, or a product ownership role.
- Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and across teams located in multiple offices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make decisions with limited data while prioritizing when to collect more information.
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
Nice to have
- Strong knowledge of Linux, basic scripting, APIs, NoSQL, Nginx, MySQL and similar open source technologies.
- Knowledge of and experience using one or more of the following languages - Python, Go, C++ or Java.
- Background in product management or engineering.
- Robust data analysis and dashboarding skills.
