Product Manager, Core Experience (Fintech)

Location: Remote-first with optional access to office space in Irvine, California

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus potential equity, discretionary bonus, and benefits

What you will do

• Own Home, core surfaces, and account management experiences that help customers understand financial progress and stay motivated.
• Define a connected engagement model across shared product surfaces and customer life stages.
• Lead product work from discovery and strategy through delivery, measurement, experimentation, and iteration.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across design, engineering, data, legal and compliance, and marketing.
• Design experiments and use customer insights and performance data to improve long-term engagement and retention.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience building consumer experiences that drive repeat engagement.
• Strong customer empathy, product judgment, analytical rigor, and ability to make decisions amid ambiguity.
• Technical fluency sufficient to understand feature systems, evaluate trade-offs, and guide solution development.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for prototyping, scenario analysis, and research synthesis.
• Exceptional ownership, delivery precision, speed, and attention to product quality.
