Product Manager (Payments)

Location: Remote within the United States, with hybrid or office options in New York City and San Francisco. Annual company offsite attendance is required.

Salary: $184,050–$202,475 annual for remote US roles; $204,500–$224,950 annual for NYC, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle roles. Equity is offered.

What you will do

• Own the Payouts product area end-to-end, from ACH through same-day pay and new payment methods.
• Execute thoroughly on well-scoped product problems with strong independent judgment.
• Identify edge cases and maintain a high bar for product quality.
• Partner with engineering, operations, leadership, and external software partners to ship reliably.
• Understand partner payout workflows and translate them into product decisions.

Requirements

• Product management experience in technology companies.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver thorough, low-iteration work with minimal rework.
• Strong judgment about when to make decisions independently and when to escalate.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and external partners.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must attend the annual three-day company offsite in spring.
