What you will do

• Translate HR business requirements into effective Workday system solutions.
• Design, build, and test business processes, notifications, and calculated fields within Workday.
• Analyze and maintain key Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and Payroll.
• Execute system audits and quality assurance efforts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and technical troubleshooting.
• Implement new Workday features and support bi-annual release activities.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• 3-5 years of HR Operations experience with hands-on Workday expertise.
• Strong understanding of HR functional processes including payroll, benefits, and talent management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in geographically distributed project teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
