Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday)

Location: United States - Remote. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Translate HR business needs into Workday system solutions and recommend improvements to HR systems and processes.
• Support Workday initiatives, enhancements, upgrades, and bi-annual release activities.
• Gather requirements, design and test business processes, notifications, condition rules, calculated fields, and other system enablement features.
• Analyze Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Payroll.
• Conduct system audits, data reconciliations, quality assurance, and issue pattern analysis.
• Serve as the primary contact for HRIS inquiries, troubleshooting system issues and performing root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR Operations experience with hands-on HRIS experience, particularly Workday.
• Background in an HR functional area such as HR Generalist, Recruiting, Benefits, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of payroll, benefits administration, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR data.
• Ability to analyze requirements and data, define problems, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.
• Ability to manipulate large datasets in Excel, including VLOOKUP and INDEX functions, for reporting and data audits.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
