Senior Workday HRIS Analyst (Workday)

Location: Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office in Novi, Michigan, United States. Domestic and international travel of up to 5% is required.

What you will do

• Administer Workday HCM, troubleshoot issues, monitor integrations, and support reporting and audit activities.
• Configure, maintain, test, and implement Workday product enhancements and roadmap initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to manage Workday business processes and supported functional areas.
• Maintain data accuracy, security, privacy, permissions, access, personalization, and end-user system settings.
• Review and test Workday releases, conduct regression testing, and communicate system changes to end users.
• Support EIBs, Core Connectors, vendor interfaces, dashboards, analytics, and data mining for audit and legal teams.

Requirements

• Advanced Workday administration and configuration skills.
• At least 5 years of experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday functional areas.
• Experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting and Talent, Integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors, and custom report development.
• Advanced analytical skills in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work three days per week from the Novi, Michigan office and willingness to travel up to 5%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Workday Pro certification.
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment.
