TL;DR

Senior Workday HRIS Analyst: Supporting the daily administration, configuration, and enhancement of the Workday HCM platform with an accent on data integrity, reporting, and system integrations. Focus on driving a data-driven culture, managing complex business processes, and ensuring system compliance across a global manufacturing organization.

Location: Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, spending three days per week in the Novi, MI office.

What you will do

  • Support day-to-day administration of Workday, including troubleshooting, monitoring integrations, and audit activities.
  • Configure and implement product enhancements, maintenance updates, and system testing.
  • Partner with business leaders to manage business processes and leverage Workday functionality.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and privacy standards through routine audits and validation.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to support organizational decision-making.
  • Manage system permissions, access, and end-user personalization.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in Novi, MI three days per week.
  • Advanced Workday administration and configuration skills.
  • 5+ years of experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced analytical skills including data interpretation and reporting.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or Information Systems.
  • Workday Pro Certification.
  • Experience in a global manufacturing environment.
