Product Analyst (AI)

Location: Fully onsite at the office in Lisbon, Portugal; relocation support is available.

Compensation: €36K–€46K annually, to be discussed.

What you will do

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, friction points, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate competitor products, benchmark functionality, and propose innovative solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards for key product performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to improve product features.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate functionalities and increase user engagement.
• Provide actionable insights for product roadmap and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
