TL;DR

Product Analyst (AI): Analyze internal and external products to identify new functionalities, bottlenecks, and data-driven insights with an accent on user experience enhancement. Focus on conducting A/B testing, developing reports and dashboards, and providing actionable recommendations for product roadmap decisions.

Location: Fully onsite position based at the office in Lisbon, Portugal. Open to support with relocation efforts.

Salary: €36K – €46K

What you will do

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, friction points, and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate competitor products to benchmark and propose innovative solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance features based on data insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate functionalities and boost user engagement.
• Provide actionable insights to support product roadmap decisions and address bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Around 3+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Strong communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
