Location: Hybrid role based in Kraków, Poland
Salary: 96,000–144,000 PLN base salary range, with an annual performance bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do
- Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates, and the administration of education programs.
- Review flagged candidate attempts and respond to customer inquiries about education and certification programs.
- Execute training and certification contracts in collaboration with Finance and Legal.
- Coordinate training, webinar logistics, documentation, and updates across internal systems.
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and AI-driven initiatives that reduce manual work and improve scalability.
- Track project action items, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Basic experience with learning management systems.
- Basic experience using AI tools.
- Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with stakeholder management, facilitation, training delivery, or performance improvement.
