Financial Services Representative II (Banking)

Location: Guelph, Ontario, Canada; full-time on-site at the banking centre. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Develop forward-looking financial plans using knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with the appropriate internal specialists, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their use of digital banking tools.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-conscious, and able to apply critical thinking.
• Strong relationship-building, teamwork, accountability, and communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Willingness to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel between nearby banking centres.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
