Local Trainer - France/Spain (Field) (MedTech)

Location: France; field-based role supporting the French and Spanish teams

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end clinical, commercial, and product training programs for French and Spanish teams.
• Prepare and adapt training materials, tools, and logistics for sales teams, healthcare professionals, and channel partners.
• Tailor global and regional content to local cultural, regulatory, language, and market requirements while maintaining instructional and brand standards.
• Identify medtech industry trends and incorporate relevant developments into training content.
• Assess learner engagement, knowledge transfer, progress, and learning gaps through observation, feedback, and assessments.
• Collaborate with sales operations, clinical leaders, field teams, instructional designers, and commercial leaders to align training with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience delivering training, field education, sales enablement, or clinical instruction, ideally in medtech, pharma, or another regulated industry.
• Experience training diverse audiences, including sales teams, healthcare professionals, or distributor networks.
• Experience working cross-functionally and adapting training to local market and cultural contexts.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and effective training techniques.
• Ability to adjust training methods for different learning styles, audiences, and market conditions.
