Business Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's office in Littleton, Colorado, United States. For U.S. office roles, candidates must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, asylees, or eligible to obtain the required export authorizations under ITAR.

Base salary: $90,000–$140,000 USD per year, with potential stock or cash incentives and an employee stock purchase program.

What you will do

• Drive closure on key business, operations, staff, and technology initiatives across Space Systems Software and the Denver site.
• Develop strategic plans with senior leadership and use KPIs to improve execution and operational performance.
• Manage financial performance and implement reporting across business operations.
• Design and implement organization-level processes covering technology, IT, staffing, hiring, project management, contracts, facilities, and security.
• Develop scalable solutions to high-impact problems and implement them through completion.
• Build organization-level communications and maintain collaborative relationships with shared services and other business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology and/or business, including experience in a software, technology, or engineering organization.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience using AI for business or technology.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Eligibility to work in a U.S. office under applicable ITAR export-control requirements.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Experience with Excel and pivot tables.
• Experience in aerospace or a similar engineering field.
• Experience with staff management, compensation, P&L management, technology integration, IT project management, or AI tool development.
