Annual base salary: $113,600–$161,945

What you will do

• Drive product quality improvements and manage the Cost of Quality to eliminate waste and support organizational goals.
• Lead improvements to equipment, tooling, technologies, production capability, and capacity.
• Support ISO practices, the Quality Management System, and the Business Operating System through Leader Standard Work.
• Train and develop employees in problem solving, Design of Experiments, FMEA, and Control Plans.
• Lead non-conformance material reviews and coordinate cost-effective material rework.
• Evaluate field and internal failures, perform root cause analysis, and supervise tooling activities and customer engineering requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least seven years of experience in manufacturing engineering and quality management.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of APQP tools, process flows, process FMEAs, and control plans.
• Experience with CAD, PLM, and MES systems, including design reviews, validation, qualification, safety, and ergonomics.
• Experience applying lean techniques such as Visual Management, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Cycle Time Reduction, Process Balancing, 5S, SMED, and Kanban.
