What you will do

• Connect business users, data owners, technology partners, and platform stakeholders across Business Development Services, the Consultant Database Group, and Consultant Relations & Opportunity Strategy.
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows, reporting solutions, integrations, and governed content repositories.
• Support DDQ/RFP automation by validating quantitative data feeds and improving the drafting, tagging, review, and reuse of narrative answers.
• Strengthen consultant database governance, data quality controls, profile maintenance, content standards, and recurring update processes.
• Deliver dashboards, recurring reports, CRM analysis, Power BI coordination, and executive-ready business insights.
• Analyze opportunities, sales metrics, AUM and flows, vulnerable accounts, market share, competitors, and consultant intelligence; conduct prospect research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Information Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent technical coursework or experience.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, and coding or querying languages such as Python and SQL.
• Experience writing, owning, and debugging code, collaborating through GitHub, and using AI coding tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cowork.
• Ability to work with large datasets and sophisticated queries, translate complex ideas into practical outputs, and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of or interest in financial markets, fixed income, and portfolio management techniques, with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
