Business Analytics Manager (AI)

Salary: $135,000–$242,000 annual base salary; offers may vary by experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Own analytics and AI-enabled workflow workstreams from problem framing and stakeholder alignment through solution adoption and measurable business impact.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to improve planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance-management workflows through data, automation, and AI.
• Design and build scalable data products, including data models, pipelines, tables, dashboards, reporting layers, and AI-ready datasets.
• Prototype Finance applications such as automated business-review narratives, anomaly detection, variance explanations, forecast-driver analysis, and natural-language insight discovery.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Finance Systems, and central data teams to deliver reliable, governed, production-ready solutions.
• Analyze financial and business metrics, standardize KPI frameworks, communicate recommendations, and support faster decision-making across Finance and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, strategic finance, BizOps, data science, business intelligence, or data engineering.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets and multiple data sources.
• Strong experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms.
• Experience supporting planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management with Finance, go-to-market, or business leadership teams.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, design scalable analytics solutions, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex findings as actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, subscription-based, go-to-market, FP&A, Sales Finance, marketing, or customer success operations.
• Python or other statistical tools for advanced analytics, modeling, or experimentation.
• Experience applying AI, machine learning, or generative AI to business workflows and decision-support tools.
• Experience designing AI-ready data products, semantic layers, metric stores, governed datasets, or predictive forecasting models.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, including human-in-the-loop review, explainability, model limitations, data quality, and governance.
