Salary: $71,640–$124,176 per year

What you will do

• Support the implementation of projects within the GDC transformation roadmap.
• Maintain project plans, deliverables, trackers, dashboards, status reports, and RAID logs.
• Track timelines, follow up on action items, and escalate risks or delays to project leads.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, project communications, rollout activities, and training support.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Technology, and other project stakeholders.
• Track program adoption, collect feedback, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, business support, or a similar role.
• Understanding of Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule in New York.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
