Financial Analyst (FP&A)

What you will do

• Consolidate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, multi-year outlooks, and related planning and reporting processes.
• Develop budget-versus-actual and forecast-versus-actual reporting, financial models, KPIs, and actionable business insights.
• Partner with senior management and business leaders to communicate performance, trends, forecast variances, risks, opportunities, and strategic trade-offs.
• Collaborate with accounting during monthly close to ensure financial accuracy and provide detailed variance analyses.
• Evaluate new store openings and concepts while driving process, systems, and automation improvements.
• Support quarterly financial reporting for board and investor requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills.
• Ability to independently drive projects, meet strict deadlines, work under pressure, and operate effectively in ambiguity.
• Ability to handle patient information in compliance with HIPAA and follow applicable compliance and confidentiality requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or another business intelligence tool.
• SQL knowledge.
