Finance & Strategy GTM, EMEA

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid policy requires staff to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Advise EMEA go-to-market stakeholders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation.
• Analyze business performance and build financial models for revenue goals, sales capacity planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting teams to align GTM plans with broader financial strategies.
• Present clear financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, business partnering, consulting, investment banking, or a related field.
• Experience supporting or building finance functions in international or EMEA markets.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize complex data and develop robust financial models.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning in a high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency financial environments and EMEA regulatory or statutory considerations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience, plus strong cross-functional communication skills.
