Advisory Solutions Consultant - Strategic West (Identity Security)

Location: Remote, with residence in a Western US state required; approximately 25% travel within the US, primarily the Western US.

Base salary for US-based employees: $121,590–$204,930.60 annually, with potential bonus or role-specific commission and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Participate in the sales process alongside direct and channel sales teams.
• Discover customer requirements and align hirify.global solutions with business and technical needs.
• Present product capabilities, business value, and competitive differentiation.
• Deliver product demonstrations and participate in onsite and remote Proof of Value evaluations.
• Coordinate RFP responses with the RFP response team.
• Provide product enhancement feedback to Product Management and collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories.
• Conversant with modern SaaS architecture.
• 8 years of related experience; a BA/BS or global equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Identity, Governance and Access Management solutions is preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with IT audit functions and regulatory frameworks including SOX, HIPAA, NERC-CIP, GDPR, and CCPA.
