Senior Solutions Engineer (Networking/Security)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Channel Account Managers and Account Executives to qualify and close partner-sourced and co-sell opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, and proofs of concept for enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Advise partners and customers on zero-trust networking, secure connectivity, identity integrations, AI gateway use cases, and privileged access management.
• Create partner enablement programs, training, certification content, demo environments, solution blueprints, reference architectures, and battle cards.
• Architect complex partner-customer-hirify.global deals and align technical requirements with business outcomes.
• Share structured field feedback with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams while improving scalable sales-engineering processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of customer-facing experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect in networking, security, infrastructure, or related software.
• Experience enabling or co-selling with MSPs, OEMs, VARs, system integrators, or technology alliance partners.
• Deep knowledge of zero-trust networking, secure remote access, identity and access management integrations, SSO, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Strong networking and troubleshooting fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, and NAT traversal.
• Architecture and deployment experience with at least two major cloud providers among AWS, GCP, and Azure, plus hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication skills, technical training experience, autonomy in a distributed environment, and willingness to travel approximately 15–25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with networking, security, or infrastructure SaaS products, including VPN, SASE, ZTNA, PAM, or WireGuard.
• Pre-sales experience with regulated industries or compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or PCI.
• Scripting and automation experience with Python, Bash, Go, Terraform, HCL, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AI gateway, LLM access governance, zero-trust, SASE, and secure-connectivity solutions.
• Experience creating reusable partner architectures, playbooks, or technical certification programs.
