IT Business Analysis Manager I/II (Insurance)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States; hybrid schedule with 50% in-office work

What you will do

• Coach, mentor, and develop business analysis team members.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums.
• Advance product and technical maturity across teams and the department.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain standards and best practices for consistent, readable, and maintainable solutions.

Requirements

• Three or more years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of insurance coverages, rating schemes, and insurance products.
• Technical background with a strong understanding of information systems and development operations.
• Ability to work in the Omaha office approximately 50% of the time; employer visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of property and casualty rating, policy coverages, and endorsements.
• Experience with application lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or Rally.
• SQL knowledge.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
